Q: WHAT IF I ONLY HAVE A SINGLE DOCUMENT THAT NEEDS TRANSLATING?
A: No problem! We are happy to help with any project of any size. We can translate letters, emails, official documents — anything you need.
Q: PLEASE HELP ME! I NEED A FEW PAGES TRANSLATING ASAP!
A: Of course! We prioritise our translators’ work. So urgent translations are handled first. Please make sure you tell us your job is "urgent" when filling in our form or sending us an email.
Q: WHY SHOULD I USE LANGUAGE TRANSLATION SERVICES ONLINE?
A: Working online is entirely secure and allows us to provide you with excellent value for money. Our translation services are also extremely safe and easy to administer using the Internet.
Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INTERPRETATION AND TRANSLATION?
A: Translation normally refers to written materials, ie, going from one written medium to another. Interpretation is spontaneous oral translation, from spoken word to spoken word. Sometimes the term translation is used to mean either one. We do both! There are hybrid situations: when you read a text in one language while reciting it aloud in another, you are said to be sight-translating. Court interpreters often sight-translate legal documents.
Q: WHAT IS A FULL-SERVICE TRANSLATION COMPANY?
A: A full-service translation company, like ours, is one that provides clients with translations that have been researched, edited, formatted and proofread by a team of qualified language professionals. These steps are essential to the production of a high-quality, accurate translation. We also provide a wide range of translation-related media services, including desktop publishing, website and software translation, and translation of audio and video presentations.
Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRANSLATION MEMORY AND MACHINE TRANSLATION?
A: Translation memory (TM) should not be confused with machine translation (MT). The major difference is that in machine translation a computer translates the text, while in translation memory systems, the computer only stores translated sentences. An MT system attempts to replace a translator, whereas a TM system supports and assists the translator with the translation process.
Q: WHY SHOULD I PAY IF I CAN USE FREE MACHINE TRANSLATION?
A: Free machine translation can be helpful in VERY basic situations, but in many cases it is not a solution. If you are presented with a Russian text, for example, the likelihood is that your comprehension level will be 0%. Using machine translation will increase that level to somewhere in the 0-50% range, and maybe even higher if you're lucky. In many cases, however, this is not enough and particularly if you need something translating from your own language into another, more complicated language, which will be representing you or your company in a different country!
The solution is our professional translation service, which enables you to fully understand the text at very reasonable rates.
Q: WHAT IS A “SWORN TRANSLATOR” AND DO YOU HAVE ANY AVAILABLE?
A: A translator is “Sworn” when he/she is certified by the government of his/her residence, enabling him/her to execute “Sworn Translations”. In a number of countries, a legal distinction for translators exists. It allows them to translate and stamp their translations as accurate and faithful to the original. And Yes we do. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE APOSTILLE SERVICES?
A: Yes, we do. Please contact us to find out more about the particular service in which you are interested.

Q: HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR TRANSLATORS?
A: We are very selective in our employment process. All translators and interpreters must pass tests in order to become an employee. They are then regularly tested for quality control standards. Most of our translators also have certifications in multiple languages. They are translators with expertise in business, technical, medical and healthcare, legal, education, advertising, and more. We have access to a large team of professional translators with years of international translation and localization experience, to perfectly fit your document translation or interpreting needs.
Q: WHAT EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS DO YOUR TRANSLATORS HAVE?
A: We screen all of our translators very carefully to ensure they are fluent; all of them are native language speakers who have extensive expertise in their subject fields. Most of our highly qualified translators have university level language qualifications and the majority are members of internationally recognized translator's associations like: ATA, UN, TRANSLEX, ATN, CALI, U.K. Institute of Translation & Interpreting (ITI) etc.
Q: WHO PERFORMS THE TRANSLATION?
A: Native speakers or expert translators. We also have access to our global network of more than 5000 translators throughout the world. These are experienced individuals who, in addition to translation credentials, have education and/or practical experience in a specific field or fields. In this way, we are able to match the right translator to a given document, based both on the language pair involved and on the subject matter.
Q: WHAT PROCEDURES ARE IN PLACE FOR MAINTAINING QUALITY CONTROL AND ACCURACY?
A: We only have high quality translators. In addition, all projects undergo strict quality and consistency checks with our project coordinators, then translations are all proofread to ensure that any inconsistencies are spotted and corrected.
Q: HOW CAN I BE SURE OF THE QUALITY OF TRANSLATION?
A: Many of our translators have a background in specialized fields such as IT, engineering, finance, science, law, and advertising and they bring this expertise to their language translations. We have very strict quality control, which ensures that every document translated is edited and proofread before it is returned to the client. We recognize that the quality of translation is the key to growing our business.
We guarantee to ensure that all our translation work is carried out to your satisfaction.
Q: HOW DO YOU ENSURE AN ACCURATE TRANSLATION?
A: Every translation undergoes our multi-stage process, which includes the initial professional translation of the document, next a check by the project coordinator to ensure translation accuracy and then a proofreading stage to catch any content and formatting errors or omissions which may have slipped through the net.
Q: HOW LONG DOES TRANSLATION TAKE?
A: Every translation takes a different amount of time depending on the difficulty of the text. If you have a tight deadline, please send us the text by email and let us know it is urgent. We will give you an achievable turnaround time as soon as possible.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME?
A: Small documents (1-4 pages) are usually translated in 1 or 2 working days. Rush service is available to deliver translations the same day or overnight upon your request, wherever possible. For larger translation projects the deadlines vary and depend on the size of the document, but we strive to meet all deadlines, however demanding! If for any extreme reason we were not able to meet your deadline, (and it would have to be extreme!) We would inform you immediately and agree a mutually acceptable compromise.
Q: WILL MY DOCUMENTS REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL?
A: Every single document that we receive is confidential. But, if you have privacy concerns, a legally binding, non-disclosure agreement, will be signed by our translator(s). We will uphold the highest professional and ethical standards to make sure the content of your project remains private.
Q: HOW ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS HANDLED AND PROTECTED?
A: We fully understand the importance of confidentiality and security. We assure you that your data is securely stored on our database and no third party is ever given access to it.
Q: WHY SHOULD I HAVE MY WEBSITE TRANSLATED?
A: If your website is currently only in one language, you are missing out on the huge online market. As recent studies have shown, visitors are 300% more likely to buy from a website if it is in their own language and 500% more likely to read to the bottom of the page if it is in their mother tongue. We have the cultural, linguistic, and technical expertise to translate or “localize” your website, that will help boost your business and reach the rapidly growing worldwide market of billions of people. Be proactive and watch your sales soar!
Q: HOW MUCH DOES TRANSLATION COST?
A: Translations are priced taking into account a number of factors including the language pair/s and the urgency. They are usually priced on a per-word basis depending on the complexity and source type of the text.
The type of project (technical, legal, etc.) will also have a bearing.
Translations of generic text, with no specific terminology or special style – such as personal letters, resumes, speeches, etc., cost less than the translation of specialized documents such as; contracts, technical manuals, medical documentation, etc. The reason for this is that we will also try to match the translator with a working knowledge of your subject.
Please contact us, or fill out our Quick Quote form and we will get straight back to you with a fixed quote and turnaround time. We do our best to offer some of the lowest rates in the industry and also to guarantee the highest quality of translation.
Q: ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES OR HIDDEN FEES?
A: We do not charge you any more than the agreed amount and the price that you are given is our rate, with no additional fees. Except of course VAT (where applicable.) If you decide to add any changes to your project, which require additional work, we will inform you about the cost for these amendments and make sure that we are all in agreement. We will never charge you without your consent and agreement.
Our goal is 100% client satisfaction and the most accurate language translations available.
Q: HOW AND WHEN CAN I PAY?
A: We accept payments by bank (wire) transfer and through Paypal. We also accept credit and debit cards via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to pay by Credit or Debit Card through Paypal). The time of payment depends on a number of factors including, size of project, timescale required, whether the client is a new or existing customer, etc. Payment is sometimes made in advance, in stages, or on delivery. However, we will always endeavour to reach a mutually acceptable and agreeable arrangement. (All money transfer charges are borne by the sender.)
Q: DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS?
A: Yes. We offer discounts for existing customers. The more you use our services, the better the rate we will give you. We want you to be happy and to keep coming back!
